Mr. Ram Swaroop Joshi is the Managing Director of Nexus Surgical and Medicare Limited. He is serving Board since 2016 and also the member of the Audit Committee.

He has gained knowledge in consumer goods, financial services, healthcare and hospitality industry. He develops and executes the company's business strategies and advice to the Board. Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate the achievement.

He also has an operational experience to provide counsel and strategic inputs to management. Mr. Pawankumar Sitaram Choudhary

Mr. Pawan Kumar Choudhary is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Nexus Surgical and Medicare Limited and also a member of Stakeholders Relationship Committee. He is having academic background in finance and economics. He being the senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of a company.

Mr. Choudhary has an overall experience of over 12 years and his profile includes tracking of cash flow, financial planning as well as analysing the company's financial strengths-weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. His strength is that he is responsible for managing the finance and accounting divisions which ensures that the company’s financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner. He ensures that sufficient cash flow is there to sustain growth, enhancing working capital, freeing up money tied up in inventory, determining where to concentrate sales efforts.

Mr. Surya Kant Modi

Mr. Surya Kant Modi is an Independent Director on the Board of Nexus Surgical and Medicare Limited and Chairman of Audit Committee and member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee & Stakeholder Relationship Committee.

He is a Graduate and has a wide experience in the field of Finance, Audit and Taxation. He is also engaged in rendering legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice and services. He has certain abilities, expertise and skills to excel in his industry. He provides an objective perspective and opinion regarding the organization’s status and key corporate decisions.

Mr. Ashish Durgaprasad Mishra

Mr. Ashish Durgaprasad Mishra serves as a Non-Executive Professional Director on the Board of Nexus Surgical and Medicare Limited. He is Chairman of Stakeholder Relationship Committee and member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee

He is a young energetic individual having Understanding of financial statements, financial forecasting, and risk management for effective oversight and governance. He has a deep understanding of the industry in which the organisation operates, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory frameworks. He can very well perform the role to monitor the utilization of an organization's risk management plan to ensure compliance, and can give insight to directors about any problems or external factors that might negatively affect the business.

Ms. Neha Kailash Bhageria is a young, energetic woman Independent Directors on the Board of Nexus Surgical and Medicare Limited and also a member of Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
